Let Me Out

Let me out she cried
I am trapped inside
Behind prison bars
I am blood and scars

Let me out she pled
See how I have bled
Let me take a life
With my precious knife

Let me out she wailed
I have tried and failed
I have rent and torn
Grieved I was born

Set me free she said
Be entrapped instead
I will kill for you
What you will not do

Let me be your sword
Take my solemn word
Let me out she cried
From this trap inside

  1. Sure. I would let her out and run like the dickens.
